Cameron Rose, Raemi Sophia, or Sophie Olivia?

I like Sophie Olivia, because I like both those names and they work well together... I dont really like Cameron because I feel it sounds kind of like a boys name, and Raemi is pretty but too many people would always have to ask her how to spell it or pronounce it. Sophie Olivia is classic and pretty but unique.
