What's the difference between GTX 460 EE and GTX 460 SE in performance?

I heard what both do (about releasing heat) , but is thee difference big to notice, or is it just a frame or 2 more/second? like when you play them both side by side, are they almost the same ? does anyone have a video on the comparison ?
