Help!!!!! I'm a baby sitter and i accidentally dropped a 2 month old baby on its side!!!?

Something looks a little off!! The baby wont open its eyes, but its still breathing. I don't want them to find out cause ill get fired. The parents are coming home soon, what do i do?
