Tubal Ligation Reversal?

I really want this done. I had my Tubal Ligation 13 yrs ago now im remarried we have been married for 3 yrs and would love a baby of our own. Can anyone give me any advice if you have already been through this. We are waiting for my medical report now I should have it in about 3 weeks and plan to do the surgery in feb of 2012
