lately ive noticed that my neck is more forward then it should be, and I told my parents about it and they said to walk with my neck pushed back as far as I can so it would be a reversal process, but it hurts and its still kinda forward when I do that to and doesnt help. how can I correct it and make it look normal? it hurts and my bothers me alot because it makes me look kinda like a hunch back. would I need surgury to get it fixed, or is there an exercise to move the bone and muscles back?
