What do you think of these names?

I love all these names, I'm a stickler for old fashioned/'fancy' names. All of them are wonderful, but I would take out Caesar and Norman, because I feel as if the child would be teased mercilessly. Norman is the name classically givin to teachers pets in literature and odds are, that many people have named their dog Ceasar, it's the 40 most common dog name.
