Why do some women view men who share how they feel as less manly?

I tend to share what iam feeling about the person i care for not all the time but often. I have lost and seen many people lose people in less then a flash so i tend to hold on to those i care for. Yet my best friend this was one of the factors that would make her never consider dating me again she feels its role reversal. What i don't get and she knows my life the things i have overcome, the fights i have fought, hell i even broke up a gun point robbery. She knows iam tough. Working 16 hour days and doing school is normal to me. I pay my house bills for the family she knows who iam, she knows i don't talk about how i feel to many people yet that is a factor? I also tend to joke and talk alot but that's when iam out because 9 times out of ten iam serious. i don't get it. Shouldn't your day to day working, handling your business and not backing down from a challenge be what shows your a man? I never give up and i step up and become a leader in bad sitautions yet she is not the first girl i know who thinks this way ( i have asked)

Do i have asthma or hiatul hernia, also is there anyone with the same symptoms?

I'm 15 year old active girl.! I'm 5'10 and about 145 lbs.! I'm having difficulty breathing for example I'll play for about 1minute in my basketball game and I'll be extremly tired I'll have heavy breathing and a sore throat. Another thing is I get extremley tired from walking up the school stairs. The reason I thought of hiatal hernia is because I have a weird clicking in my chest(sternum).! If you have any answers help plz.!

Is it possible to get bachelors degree 1 year after transfer?

If all of your credits transfer no problem, then yeah, you can always accelerate your degree, just go double time or the max hrs your college will allow. Where I'm currently at they base the max number of hrs you can take by your GPA. Currently I'm allowed to take up to 21 hrs, 11/12 hrs is considered full-time, so it's close to double time. Also, if you take summer classes you can almost create your own bs and ms degree program yourself. Technically I have three years left but because I'm doing almost double time and full time in the summer I can get my bs in 2 yrs and only have a little bit left to finish my masters. Anything can be done if you just want to work your butt off. :)

Names for our next child(ren)?

My husband and I are parents to a beatiful/handsome biracial boy named Elijah (pronounced uh-lie-jhah not ee-lie-ja). My husband is of black decent and from the United States and I am of White decent and from Great Britain. We are expecting another boy and would like a name that fits with Elijah's. Could you suggest some? FYI my husband's name is Isaac, so please don't suggest that. Thank you.

Help with singing? HELP! :)?

Hey, im really interested in learning to sing better. I play guitar and me and my friend like to sing for fun but anyway i need some tips. I know nothing right now, keep in mind. I mean we just sing on a fun, casual basis when I play the guitar. But her dad has a small recording studio and she wanted to record a song (she's a pretty good singer). Anyway, I need some breathing tips and vocal excercises for a total beginner. And maybe name some good books or websites that can help. My mom's not gonna wanna pay for vocal lessons coz i already do guitar and art. So any tips or vocal excercises for a beginner? THANKS!

I feel really guilty for wanting a divorce, husband said he would change but my heart was already gone.?

I feel really guilty. My husband always made me feel really bad about myself and made me feel like I couldn't do anything right, or good enough. He was controlling over what I did, who I saw, even made me feel like I had to watch my every move in public. I tried explaining this to him but he was always too busy trying to get his business off the ground and trying to get us into a house. Well, I wound up leaving, and I feel really good about myself, but I feel so selfish. We have two kids, he wanted to make things work 2 months after I moved out but I felt like we would end up in the same place because my heart wasn't in it. How do I get over this guilt? He doesn't understand how we are two different people, he's 10 years older than me, he's Muslim, I'm not. We can't even have conversations because he doesn't think the things I have to say are important. Now, he keeps telling me "congratulations, you finally got what you've been working so hard for (divorce)" and I just feel like crap. I wish I loved him, I wish I could allow myself to settle with someone who doesn't see who I am, but I can't. I can't act like I don't resent him for not allowing me to grow up on my own time. I've been trying to be this person he wants me to be for so long and now I can finally breathe. But this guilt is making me sick. I can't eat, I can't sleep.. I look at my kids and feel like I've failed them. I just don't know what to do, I can't even afford a therapist until school starts up again! How will I ever know if I made the right decision?

Hey guys: What would you think if a girl said this on a date?

"I know there's some serious gender role reversal going on right now, but can I kiss you?"
