Does the EVGA GTX 460 EE make that much noise in a fanqua ?

I saw some videos on the graphics card noise, but does it become negligable compared to the voice or sounds from the game ? and does it make that much noise during a game, when it really heats up, cause i have a inwin fanqua, and it may cool it a lot ?
