Fujitsu airconditioner/heater has stopped working?

Hi, The Fujitsu ART45LUAK in our rental property is not working. The tenant turned the heating on and after approx 5 minutes it tripped the circuit box outside. She turned the meter box back on and the heating back on and it has come up with an error code E:EE. She pressed the set temperature buttons for 5 seconds or more and it came up with 0:01. Our tenant is currently suffering from cancer and is freezing cold so we really need to fix the problem asap. Please help us as all the phone numbers we have called are not available on weekends.
