I took a hydroxycut pill and now I dont feel good?

Im 14 and I took this pill from my sister and took it because I think im fat. Yes I know im also stupid Dx I only took one just before I went running. While running I could feel my heart racing and I got really dizzy. Now I feel like im gonna puke and almost like I cant breathe. I have this burning sensation in my stomch and I have dry heves and chills. I know there were alot of recalls on this product and I dont know what I should do. Please help!!!
