Im I pregnant or not?

I had 2 positive hpts then negative, followed by a blood test that came back less than 2. I clearly feel pregnant and have since the 1st positive test on june 8.I have swollen breasts,bloated stomach(which is seen through clothes). gagging feeling etc. Prior to getting pregnant(?) I was taking diet pills & have since stopped but was wondering if this could affect test. My husband & I had been TTC for 3years following a tubal reversal & 2 failed IUI's last year. This was the first time for a positive HPT ; so I we were very excited only now to be on this emotional roller coaster . I pay very close attention to my body & something just isnt right. At this point should I view this as a chemical preg & wait for next cycle to start? I do have faith that we will conceive;however all of this has me in a tail spin. Please give input, only serious answers from WOMEN only that have had the same or similar experience(s) Thanks
