Savings bonds from 1991-1999?

from when i was born in 1991 till 1999 when my grandma died she set aside 16 $25-$50 bonds for me and i just found out about them after this long, anyways my question is what would there value be if i got 2 a year for those years. i believe there ee bond what ever that means....any info helps...member i havnt seen them yet but i know were they are.
