Someone's stealing my money on Paypal!!! HELP?
Hi Lynn. I'm sorry to hear that. I used to have a PayPal account, and from what i remember, there's nothing to stop you from deleting your credit card info from your account. Besides, you might not get your money back from PayPal, but you MUST protect yourself from having any more money stolen. If PayPal won't let you delete your credit card info, then cancel any credit cards that are linked to your PayPal account, and order new ones. Don't tell the credit card company about PayPal, just say you've lost them. Make sure you withdraw most of the money in your bank account, and tell your bank not to allow any more online withdrawals from your account. Tell PayPal they have 30 days to resolve the situation and return your money, or you'll consider taking legal action against them. They have a legal responsibility to protect your account. Don't click on any e-mail links that seem to have come from PayPal, as they may be fake, and forward any e-mails that you get from www.carddkan.com to PayPal, for investigation. Don't reply to them yourself. Then, open up a new bank account, and close your old one. Good Luck, and take care.
