How useful is a second major or minor in math for an ENGINEER?

Why would it be useful? I cannot think of a reason. Go ahead and take the other interesting engineering courses. You really should be taking dynamics, it is basic knowledge, same with all your other courses (partial differential equations, design, etc.). Trading your engineering/physics education for math education does not make any sense to me. Pure math is not going to be useful, applied math will be useful but that is why we take engineering math courses so again it makes no sense to seek an auxillary degree like this. Biomed engineers going into mechatronics, I do not see how anything that a math major gets exclusively would ever be something that gives you an advantage. It only sounds good shallowly, think about it more.

Is it possible to get bachelors degree 1 year after transfer?

If all of your credits transfer no problem, then yeah, you can always accelerate your degree, just go double time or the max hrs your college will allow. Where I'm currently at they base the max number of hrs you can take by your GPA. Currently I'm allowed to take up to 21 hrs, 11/12 hrs is considered full-time, so it's close to double time. Also, if you take summer classes you can almost create your own bs and ms degree program yourself. Technically I have three years left but because I'm doing almost double time and full time in the summer I can get my bs in 2 yrs and only have a little bit left to finish my masters. Anything can be done if you just want to work your butt off. :)

I feel really guilty for wanting a divorce, husband said he would change but my heart was already gone.?

I feel really guilty. My husband always made me feel really bad about myself and made me feel like I couldn't do anything right, or good enough. He was controlling over what I did, who I saw, even made me feel like I had to watch my every move in public. I tried explaining this to him but he was always too busy trying to get his business off the ground and trying to get us into a house. Well, I wound up leaving, and I feel really good about myself, but I feel so selfish. He doesn't understand how we are two different people, he's 10 years older than me, he's Muslim, I'm not. I wish I loved him, I wish I could allow myself to settle with someone who doesn't see who I am, but I can't. I can't act like I don't resent him for not allowing me to grow up on my own time. I've been trying to be this person he wants me to be for so long and now I can finally breathe. But this guilt is making me sick. I can't eat, I can't sleep.. ATM did not give me all of my money?

I went to the ATM to request 120 from the ATM machine. It's was a gas station ATM I know I should have never used it, but I needed some cash before work. Everything was good until the cash started dispensing. It only gave me $20.00 then this error came up on the screen and a receipt printed saying that there was an error C0056 and says partial reversal. Now when I checked my account the full $120 has been deducted. I called my bank and they told me I had to wait a full 7 days before I could complain and I should try contacting the bank of the ATM Machine which I cannot get a hold of because the ATM machine prints out the number to the gas station. I brought it to the cashier's attention and he tells me that it will probably be returned to me within 24 to 48 hours. Does this happen all the time? When will I get my money back?

It's been 13 days & my 2 Red-tailed Boa's are still not eating, help!?

So I got 2 RTB's on May 17th of 2011, they were 18'' long, one being a male and one female. The breeder said they will need to eat on that day in which i picked them up but they did not. I had them both housed together in a 55gal tank but from what I hear it may cause stress and cause them not to eat. However, I customized the tank a little bit and put a divider in the middle to separate the 2 for now until I build their enclosure. After the renovation I left the snakes alone for 2days without handling them, and this morning tried to feed the female because she was slithering around so I gave it a shot but it was a no go. Tomorrow will be 14days they have not ate. Im just getting worried, I mean these are 2 beautiful snakes and I really want the best for them. They still look healthy,about 21'' long, no bubbles or signs of breathing issues. I do see them drinking water from time to time also. Can anyone help me out or has anyone dealt with this before? I suggest taking a few cards out so you are closer to 40 to increase draw power. With all your traps jinzo ends up hurting you more often then not. I would just take out lightning vortex, enchanted javelin, kuriboh, and dark armed. vortex because you have dark hole and vortex is a -1. javelin and kuriboh because they are not that good. dark armed because it looks like it is a major dead draw with your lack of dark monsters. Those suggestions are if you want to keep using most of the same deck. What i would do is turn the whole deck into a lv dragon deck. This puts emphasis on horus and armed. I use to run it so i know its good plus if your playing traditional format then it can be even better.

Dog having breathing problems?

My dachshund seems to be having a bit of trouble breathing today. She's still very active and wants to play but then she'll stop because she's making these funny noises - sounds like something between a hiccup and the "reverse sneeze" my beagle sometimes does. Is IVF my only option now?

Help with breathing after singing?

Whenever I breathe after I sing, it feels like the air is hitting my vocal cords or it is reaching the back of my throat. I went over to my guy friend's house Saturday morning, just because it was his 15th birthday (im 14) and I just wanted to ee him. When I breathe tge top part of my chest tightebs up and my inhaling is shaky. My mom put moth crystals in our air vents because of our snake problem. Then she took them out because is said do not inhale. I think that might be why but the smell and the crystals are out of the house and my breathing is still weird. Can't sleep : rapid heartbeat and breathing and dizziness?

At night when i'm about to sleep my heartbeat and breathing rate accelerate suddenly and i feel so dizzy that it wakes me up. I think those symptoms are pretty recent. I have a question about Sleep Apnea Testing.?

My boyfriend is a truck driver, who worked for a company for 14 yrs. Now they say it is mandatory that ALL drivers be tested for sleep apnea. So far, they've only sent overweight drivers, (he's in that category) to be tested. My boyfriend does snore, but then again, who doesn't. I'm sort of a night owl, and I've heard and seen him sleep. The testing center said that he stops breathing while sleeping. I don't believe this to be true. He never had trouble sleeping before. Now all of a sudden, they say he has sleep apnea. Not only him, but ALL the other overweight drivers at his company. How is it possible that ALL the drivers have sleep apnea? Why weren't the average weight drivers tested? Now that michael can do whatever he wants, he does and forgets all about lucifer and God for that matter. Lucifer witnesses this and is disgusted by the weakness of heaven's greatest soldier, and soon relizes how stupid michael is being and how stupid he has been. So lucifer approaches michael and questions him, but soon relizes that michael is actually happy being evil. (Suddenly we have this complete role reversal of heavens hero and hells fallen angel).( and to the viewers surprise Lucifer becomes extremely successful at his new role as heavens hero and michael is not very successful as the new devil).(and incredibly lucifer actually successfully cast all evil including michael into hell where he seals them for 1000 years in an amazing fight to end all fights). Well first off, while my mother was pregnant she used heroin and my dad smoked crack. Is my pet rabbit dying?

When I cough my windpipe gets hurt or something and I can't breathe?

The best advice anybody could ever give you is to communicate. Don't push him to do things he doesn't want to. If you feel your views and beliefs don't mix well, it'd be best to get out sooner rather than later. If you don't believe in the same things (abstinence, for example) it can create problems in the relationship. It could work, if you respect each other's wishes and don't pressure each other into things they don't want or believe in. Talk to him about what you're feeling (like later on when you're really wanting to take the relationship further, but he still wants to wait until marriage) maybe find a happy medium (mutual masturbation?) I've noticed myself holding my breathe and forgetting to breathe?

Over the past few months, i've noticed myself holding my breath or forgetting to breath, but not on purpose. I've read that it can be an anxiety thing, and I understand that, but I'm never really anxious when it happens. When i'm upset, angry, nervous, etc. I know I hold my breath, that's intentional. But when it happens now, I could be doing something as simple as typing, washing the dishes, or laying in bed. I just wanted to know if theres a real reason for this. Looking for people who have found relief from insomnia with sleep medication?

Okay, I've asked this question before but I'd really like to hear from people who have found a good sleep medication that helps their insomnia. I'm seeing a psychotherapist and going through an intensive day treatment program at my local hospital to help my depression and PTSD, so this is not the only method of treatment I'm using. I've used the "pams" like clonazapam, lorazapam, etc, but these are quick to become tolerant to. My psychotherapist who is actually quite on the naturopathic side of psychiatric treatment even told my psychiatrist that I need something that will "knock me out", and that's when I was prescribed the clonazapam. Besides the benzodiazapenes (sp?) has anyone found relief of insomnia through other sleep medication? Please don't answer if you're just going to say medication isn't the answer, or try relaxing or breathing, because I've done all this. Thanks in advance.

What are these dreams called?

So, when I was 11 I had these dreams for about a month straight, every night to the point where I wouldn't sleep for days because I was so scared of them. There's really no way to explain them, but... OK, so when I fall asleep, I heard a strange noise, like complete silence but with sort of nails against chalkboard, like my ears are going to burst. Then, I open my eyes in the dream, and I'm usually laying excactly where I fell asleep. Sometime's I'll see a scary tall shadow standing at the foot of my bed, and sometimes I'll see nothing but feel like someone going to pop out and stab me. ._. I can't move in these dreams, not at all. I've tried moving, but it hurts and it's pretty much impossible. My parents tell me I talk in these dreams and make moaning noises, and I always wake up with my heart racing and one time I woke up and couldn't breathe and almost had to be rushed to the E.R. In these dreams, I feel like I can barely breath. I try to breath regular, but I can't. It's so hard. I try to just close my eyes and drift into another sleep in these dreams, but the irritating noise and odd feeling in the atmosphere in the dream always deter me. I'm 13 and I'm starting to get these dreams again. I can wake up voluntarily from these dreams by squeezing my eyes as tight as I can in the dream and then opening them. When I was 11, I remember reading something about these dreams, a wife writing about her husband always having the same types of dreams I'm having. He couldn't move in the dream, he was scared in the dream, and he woke up with a fast heart and sometimes couldn't breath. These dreams are extremely scary... you can't feel what I'm talking about unless you have one. It's one of the scariest things ever. It feels like your a tiny rabbit with starving wolves behind every tree while you're in a forest. I'm so scared of them, but I try to think of other things before I fall into sleep but they always pop up. I have always had the weirdest dreams, but these are just plain odd and scary. Help?

My kitten is sick,please help!?

I recently found my cat of 9 years dead and that cat was my world. My sister got me a kitten and I am so protective over him because of what happened. Well we got him his first shot and he was fine but when we got his second one he had an allergic reaction and couldn't breathe so when we got him his last shot they gave him steroids and benadril to help prevent it. Its been like 3 weeks since then and I noticed a huge bump on his back,so big that I can see it when he is walking. My stupid sister has known about it and didn't say anything and she said all she knows is that he can die if its a cyst because you cant amputate his back. Our vet is closed right now so I cant call and Im only 15 so I cant take him to an emergency place and he is only a kitten still. Fujitsu airconditioner/heater has stopped working?

Hi, The Fujitsu ART45LUAK in our rental property is not working. The tenant turned the heating on and after approx 5 minutes it tripped the circuit box outside. She turned the meter box back on and the heating back on and it has come up with an error code E:EE. She pressed the set temperature buttons for 5 seconds or more and it came up with 0:01.
